Responsible for program improvement, finished product, production, engineering operations, and necessary safety compliance. Provide leadership in product line marketing Responsible for program personnel management and evaluation. Advise, consult and/or counsel contacts and customers as necessary Report program or product line activities and monitor operation to plan and profitability. Provide solutions through independent judgment following established practices, policies and procedures. Make decisions and taking independent action, following broad objectives on strategic and operational matter affecting a major function or department in the organization.
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Technical Discipline or Business Personnel Management training required. The ability to understand and effect changes to the financial statements.
Experience: 15 years experience in technical field. Minimum 10 years working in a responsible management position. Proven ability to meet schedule and budget goals. Understanding and experience negotiating contract terms and conditions.
Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of multiple technical areas. Possesses and applies knowledge of technical principles and practices in related fields. Demonstrates well-developed leadership qualities. Capability to interface with a variety of customers for project execution, obtaining follow-on work, and developing new business.

Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degrees in Business or Business Administration Law degree preferred
Experience: 8 years contract experience NCMA membership

Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for technical writing. Writes, edits and does layout design of technical documentation including reports, specifications, and presentations. Responsible for the management of data and documentation on file servers. Responsible for the tracking receipt of and response to Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) data and contractor Requests for Information (RFIs). Responsible for the maintenance of program scheduling and tracking data in Microsoft Project
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in English, Business or Technical Writing.
Experience Five years experience in editing, writing or in layout design of technical documentation, coupled with experience in management of data files in a file server environment.
Knowledge: Prior office experience. Multi-task oriented. Communication skills essential. Computer skills necessary (i.e. Windows environment, WordPerfect, Word)
